About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable freelance WordPress developer to assist with ongoing monthly maintenance tasks for our growing portfolio of websites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on consistency, precision in formatting, and getting the small things right that keep a website running smoothly.

Type: Freelance / Part-Time
Hours: Estimated 5–10 hours per week (flexible) with room to grow
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Upload and properly format blog posts (images, internal links, headers, SEO settings, etc.)

Add service area pages using the provided content and layout guidelines

Handle one-off website requests (e.g., embedding financing widgets, adding tracking scripts, etc.)

Ensure all updates are mobile-friendly and visually consistent with site branding

Occasionally, troubleshoot minor WordPress issues or plugin glitches

Communicate clearly with our team and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Strong experience with WordPress (Elementor and other builders a plus)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for formatting and tweaks)

Understanding of SEO best practices (for content placement and structure)

Familiarity with plugins, embeds, and theme customization

Reliable, responsive, and consistent with follow-through

Ability to work independently and ask good questions when clarification is needed

Bonus if you have experience with:

Hosting platforms like SiteGround or Flywheel

Website speed optimization tools

Basic graphic editing (resizing images, compressing files, etc.)
