WordPress Designer/Developer with AI, API, Plugin & SEO Expertise

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Designer/Developer who can leverage AI tools such as Claude to rapidly create initial website concepts, wireframes, content structures, and design mockups, then efficiently translate those concepts into high-quality WordPress websites.

This is a hybrid design and development role. You should be comfortable moving from strategy and design into implementation, customization, integrations, optimization, and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities
Use Claude and other AI tools to generate website concepts, page layouts, content structures, and design recommendations.
Convert approved concepts into responsive WordPress websites.
Build custom WordPress themes and page templates when needed.
Configure, customize, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins.
Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party platforms and services.
Implement on-page SEO best practices throughout the site.
Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and user experience.
Create mobile-friendly, conversion-focused designs.
Ensure websites are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.
Work independently and proactively recommend improvements.
