Wix Studio Web Designer

About the Role

We are a growing U.S.-based digital agency looking for a Wix Studio–focused web designer to join our team long-term.

This role is NOT for Classic Wix and NOT for WordPress designers.

You will be building clean, modern, SEO-ready websites for real clients using Wix Studio. If you enjoy structured work, clear instructions, and improving your skills over time, this is a great opportunity.

Required Skills (Read Carefully)

You must have real experience with Wix Studio, including:

Building full websites in Wix Studio

Responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Wix CMS collections, repeaters, and dynamic pages

Clean layout and spacing (modern design standards)

Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings)

Following design instructions and page outlines exactly

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with local business websites

Light animations and interactions in Wix Studio

Familiarity with SEO best practices

Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Your Responsibilities

Build websites and landing pages in Wix Studio

Follow provided page structures, content, and instructions

Ensure all pages are responsive and clean

Fill out meta titles, meta descriptions, and URL slugs

Make revisions based on feedback

Communicate clearly through Slack or project management tools

Work Style & Expectations

Attention to detail is critical

Must meet deadlines

Must ask questions if instructions are unclear

Long-term mindset (this is not a one-off job)

Honest communication at all times

Pay & Growth

Starting pay: $5/hour

Raises available based on:

Speed

Quality

Reliability

Ability to work independently

Opportunity for more hours and higher pay as skills improve
