We’re hiring: Full Time or Part Time Web Developer (Next.js + Tailwind + Design-Sense)

INSPI-RE is a small, design-driven agency building premium websites that are fast, beautiful, and finely crafted.
We work for clients who expect outstanding results—and we deliver.

Right now, we’re looking for a web developer who isn’t satisfied with “just functional.” You should:

- Care deeply about visual design – layout, typography, spacing, and animations matter to you.
- Have a strong command of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ideally Payload CMS.
- Be someone who not only builds, but refines—you spot the 2px misalignments before we do.
- Write clean, maintainable code, with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
- Have a good grasp of web fundamentals (SEO, accessibility, responsive design, etc.).

You’ll work directly with the founder on projects where quality matters more than speed.
