We're Hiring: Expert Long-Form Video Editor (Remote)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Long-Form Video Editor who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, compelling narratives that reflect our brand, educate viewers, and drive engagement. You’ll work closely with our marketing team and video producer to bring real stories to life and contribute to our growing platform.

Responsibilities:
-Edit long-form videos including talking-head, interview, podcast, documentary-style, and educational content
-Incorporate storytelling, pacing, and emotion to keep viewers engaged
-Add text overlays, transitions, B-roll, background music, sound effects, and branded elements
-Sync audio and video, clean up dialogue, and enhance overall production quality
-Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with our brand
-Deliver edits on or before deadlines
-Cater to all revision requests provided via Frame.io, following notes thoroughly
-Listen carefully to revision feedback and be detail-oriented in addressing every note

Requirements:
-Proven experience editing long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, educational series, etc.)
-Strong portfolio showcasing narrative storytelling and editing flow
-Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must be a licensed copy)
-Must have access to a legitimate Frame.io account
-Strong sense of timing, pacing, audio leveling, and storytelling flow
-Eye for visual design—framing, graphics, transitions, branding
-Able to work independently, manage files well, and follow through on all tasks
-Reliable internet and strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have:
-Motion graphics experience (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
-Experience editing legal content

Our Workflow:
-Final outputs are uploaded to Frame.io, feedback and revision notes are left on Frame.io
-Editor must review, understand, and implement every revision point carefully
-Must be able to work independently and deliver top notch quality videos
