Bizon Scaling is a marketing agency that helps kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies generate qualified appointments with homeowners interested in remodeling their homes.

We are looking for a Weekend ISA who is comfortable speaking with homeowners, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments.

*Schedule*

Saturdays and Sundays
Hours may vary depending on lead volume
Remote work

*Responsibilities*

1. Call inbound leads who have requested information about kitchen and bathroom remodeling

2. Ask qualification questions regarding:
Project scope
Timeline
Budget
Homeownership
Decision makers
3. Schedule qualified appointments
4. Update CRM notes accurately
5. Follow scripts and company processes
6. Maintain a professional and friendly tone on every call

*Requirements*

Excellent spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Quality headset and quiet work environment
Experience with phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service
Comfortable following scripts
Strong listening skills
Available to work weekends consistently
