# Weekend Operations Coordinator (Airbnb Operations)

**Part-Time | Remote | Australian Company**

About Us

Kleaning is an Australian company specialising in Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) operations across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

We are much more than a cleaning company.

We manage the complete operational experience for Airbnb properties, working closely with property managers, hosts and cleaners to ensure every guest check-in runs smoothly.

Our team coordinates:

• Airbnb Changeovers
• Cleaner Scheduling
• Customer Support
• Linen Management
• Property Issue Reporting
• Quality Assurance
• Operational Support

We're growing and looking for a reliable Weekend Operations Coordinator to become part of our long-term team.

## Schedule

**Saturday & Sunday**

8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Australian Eastern Time)

Guaranteed 6 hours per day.

During busy weekends, additional hours may be available (up to 8 hours/day).

## What You'll Do

This is a fast-paced operations role.

You will be responsible for coordinating communication between our customers, cleaners and operations team.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing more than 40 active WhatsApp groups
• Responding quickly to customer and cleaner enquiries
• Helping resolve operational issues
• Monitoring cleaner progress throughout the day
• Supporting our Help Desk
• Updating job notes and operational information
• Escalating urgent issues when required
• Keeping communication organised and professional
