Wedding Video Editor + Social Content Support

About the Role
I’m looking for a reliable wedding video editor to help support my growing workload. Most of the work will be wedding highlight films, teaser videos, event recap videos, and short-form social media content.

This is not a “cookie-cutter” editing role. I’m looking for someone I can train to understand my style, pacing, music choices, storytelling, and overall brand feel.

My goal is to find a long-term editor who can become a key part of my team and help me maintain quality while improving turnaround times.

What You’ll Be Editing

Wedding highlight films (usually under 8 minutes)
1-minute teaser films
Event recap videos
Short-form social media clips
Occasional longer-form edits as needed

What I’m Looking For

Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro
Good sense of music, pacing, and emotional storytelling
Ability to follow a style reference and apply feedback well
Strong communication and reliability
Able to meet deadlines consistently
Organized with project files and workflow
Open to learning and growing with a team long-term

Bonus If You Have

Experience editing wedding films
Experience with social media reels/vertical edits
Basic color correction and audio cleanup skills
Motion graphics/text experience

Important
I am not looking for someone who uses the same formula on every film. I want an editor who can learn my brand and help create edits that feel intentional, emotional, and polished.
