Wedding Photo Editor (Remote) — US-Based Company

We are a fast-growing U.S. wedding photography company looking for a professional photo editor to join our team.

This is not basic editing — we are looking for someone who understands wedding storytelling, consistency, and high-end delivery standards.

Responsibilities:
• Cull RAW images (select the strongest photos from each wedding)
• Edit full wedding galleries from start to finish
• Color correction (natural, clean, consistent tones)
• Exposure and white balance adjustments
• Retouching (skin, distractions, small clean-ups)
• Work with both:
• Bright outdoor conditions (harsh sunlight)
• Low-light receptions (flash, mixed lighting)
• Upload final galleries to our platform

Requirements:
• Strong experience with wedding photography editing
• Ability to deliver consistent style across 500–1000+ images
• Fast turnaround and reliability
• Attention to detail — no missed ---------- nts, no random edits
• Understanding of lighting conditions (sun, shade, flash, indoor)

VERY IMPORTANT:

To be considered, you MUST provide:
• At least 2–3 FULL wedding galleries (from start to finish)

We will review:
• How you handle bright sunlight
• How you edit low-light reception photos (with flash)
• Consistency across the entire gallery

Compensation:
• Option 1: Monthly salary
• Option 2: Per wedding (fixed rate per completed gallery)
