Wedding Photo Editor Needed (Culling, Editing, Retouching) – Long-Term Partnership

Summary
We run a high-volume wedding video editing outsourcing company and will be expanding into photo editing in 2026. We're looking for skilled photo editors to join our team when we launch.

If selected, you’ll be working on many weddings per year — all remote, flexible hours, consistent long-term work.

RATES:
Culling: $0.01 USD per image

Basic Editing (color correction, exposure, white balance, cropping, etc.): $0.05 USD per image

Retouching (skin cleanup, blemish removal, distractions, etc.): $1.00 USD per image

REQUIREMENTS
-All work must be done in Adobe Lightroom.

-Absolutely no AI or automated editing tools — including AI-based culling, retouching, or enhancement features.

-Two-day turnaround time for all standard editing projects.

-Strong attention to detail and consistent results

-Reliability and good communication

-Experience with wedding photography preferred

TO APPLY
-Submit examples of your work.

-Preferably show before & after versions (the original raw image and your edited version).

Include a variety of lighting situations and skin tones if possible.

COMPLETE OUR SHORT TEST
We’ll send you 6 RAW photos.

You’ll create 5 versions of each photo in the following styles:

-Light & Airy

-Dark & Moody

-Film Look

-Natural / True to Color

-B&W

This test helps us evaluate your range, taste, and consistency across multiple aesthetics.
