Full-Time Web Developer (WordPress + Lovable / No-Code Builder)

Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time Web Developer to join forces with me in building and scaling a large number of websites quickly and efficiently.

Our goal is to develop a system to create, host, and manage multiple websites under one unified WordPress environment.

You’ll act as both a creator and a designer, using no-code tools and light development to build fast, functional, and visually consistent websites.

Responsibilities

Design and build websites using Elementor Wordpress or similar no-code platforms.

Integrate sites into WordPress as a fully functional CMS.

Develop reusable templates to accelerate future website production.

Implement forms, automations, and basic integrations (HubSpot, Webflow, Airtable, etc.).

Optimize for speed, SEO, and performance.

Collaborate with marketing and design to launch new websites regularly.

Suggest new tools, processes, and automations to streamline production.

Requirements

Proven experience building real websites (not just templates).

Strong understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, custom post types).

Experience with no-code builders like Lovable, Framer, Replit, or similar.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (no need to be a full developer).

Creativity, autonomy, and ability to deliver quickly.

Nice to have: experience working with a marketing agency.
