Position: Web Developer (Membership Website Development & Integration)
Location: Remote (Preferred: U.S. or time-zone compatible with PST)

About the Project:

We are looking for an experienced web developer to build a membership-based wellness website that integrates with third-party apps and booking systems. The website should be built on WordPress and use plugins such as MemberPress, Amelia, The Events Calendar Pro, and WooCommerce for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a responsive, mobile-friendly membership website with a login system.

Implement membership tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP) with different access levels.

Integrate real-time booking system for property accommodations and wellness sessions.

Set up Stripe payment gateway for memberships, bookings, and guest passes.

Develop an admin dashboard for user management, payments, bookings, and analytics.

Ensure the website is optimized equally for desktop and mobile users.

Integrate third-party tools like CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and fitness tracking tools.

Enable automated booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notifications.

Implement reporting and analytics for user activity, booking trends, and revenue insights.

Provide recommendations for WordPress plugins and third-party integrations to enhance performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience building membership websites with WordPress.

Expertise in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Experience integrating Stripe for online payments.

Strong knowledge of third-party API integrations (CRM, email marketing, scheduling tools, etc.).

Experience implementing real-time booking systems with availability tracking.

Ability to build an admin dashboard for managing users, sessions, payments, and reports.

Familiarity with plugins like MemberPress, Amelia, WooCommerce, and The Events Calendar Pro.

Ability to ensure a secure, scalable, and SEO-optimized website.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Previous experience with wellness platforms is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with waitlist management systems (e.g., ClassPass model).

Ability to set up referral tracking for membership rewards.

Knowledge of advanced calendar control and event scheduling.

Familiarity with user behavior tracking and engagement analytics.
