Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday
1:00 AM – 10:00 AM (GMT+8, Manila Time)

Compensation:

Daily Rate: $30 USD

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Report Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves generating and delivering accurate customer reports during the early morning hours (GMT+8 timezone). Ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and compile customer reports based on provided data and templates

Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time

Follow established processes and suggest improvements if needed

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data

Requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English

Reliable internet connection and decent computer specs (minimum 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent)

Comfortable working night shift hours (1 AM – 10 AM Manila time)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Self-motivated and dependable
