We are looking for a full-time Website Project Manager to join our growing team at Plura Sites. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in managing website projects from start to finish while communicating closely with clients.
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire web development process — from initial onboarding, gathering content, reviewing designs, coordinating revisions, and ensuring projects are completed on time. You will NOT be designing websites from scratch, but you will help manage and implement the build using Elementor and WordPress based on designs prepared by our design team.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Coordination
Communicate with clients regularly through GoHighLevel (our main communication system).
Guide clients through the onboarding process and gather all required content, assets, and details.
Provide consistent updates, answer questions, and ensure clients feel supported throughout the project.
Coordinate with internal tea
Project Management
Build clear, organized sitemaps using FlowMap (training provided if needed).
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and revisions using Notion (our project management system).
Keep all project information organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Website Building (Elementor)
Take completed Figma designs from our design team and build functional websites in WordPress + Elementor.
Implement basic styling, responsiveness, page setup, and structure based on design files.
Handle minor onsite revisions requested by clients after the site is built.
Occasionally assist with WooCommerce setups (simple configurations).
Technical Assistance
Connect and manage domains, DNS, and basic hosting setup (training available).
Perform website launches and final quality checks.
Requirements:
Experience with WordPress and Elementor is required.
Basic understanding of Figma and how to translate designs into WordPress pages.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
Experience with client communication is a big plus.
Familiarity with Notion, FlowMap, or GoHighLevel is helpful but not required — training provided.
