Website Migration

I'm looking for someone who is able to migrate my website from Godaddy to Wordpress.

The website is ---------- and was built in Godaddy. It has approx 24 pages and some blog articles.
I would like to stick to the current colour scheme but update the photos. I would like it optimised for SEO.
I need this completed by the end of April.

Requirements:
- Someone who has created healthcare websites before.
- Ideally someone has knowledge of SEO.
