Website & Inventory Manager (Automotive / WordPress / Dealer Software)

Salary: ?45,000 – ?60,000 / month (full-time)
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm AEST (with flexibility)
Reports to: Thomas Williamson – Director, Aussie Car Deals

Role Summary

You’ll manage and update our main website — ---------- — which integrates with our dealer software.
Upload and maintain 300 + vehicle and farm-equipment listings, check formatting, pricing, and compliance with brand style.

Tasks
• Bulk-upload new cars and farm equipment weekly (from CSV/feed).
• Re-brand photos using our Canva templates.
• Ensure finance and consignment forms link correctly to Lend Lease.
• Optimise SEO titles & meta tags.
• Coordinate with Marketing VA for ad campaigns.

Requirements
• WordPress (or DealerCMS/Virtual Yard) experience.
• Solid English and attention to detail.
• Canva / Photoshop for light image editing.
• Fast, reliable internet and daily reporting via HubSpot.
