We are a marketing and systems agency that helps home-service and construction contractors get more high-quality jobs through ads, websites, SEO, and GoHighLevel systems. Our clients are busy, blue-collar owners who care about leads, booked jobs, and cash in the bank. We run lean, move fast, and care a lot about clean systems and reliable execution.
ROLE:
Website & GoHighLevel Implementation VA
TYPE:
Project-based to start, with strong potential for long-term or near full-time work if it is a good fit.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Build and update client websites in GoHighLevel using our templates and design references.
-Make structured edits and layouts in WordPress when needed.
-Turn provided layouts, wireframes, or example sites into clean, conversion-focused pages.
-Create page structures such as home pages, service pages, city/location pages, and contact or thank-you pages.
-Ensure all pages are fully responsive on desktop and mobile.
-Select, crop, and place images so they look sharp, high quality, and properly fit the screen on desktop and mobile (no stretched, blurry, or distorted images).
-Optimize images for web so they load fast while still looking high-resolution.
-Connect forms, calendars, and basic automations inside GoHighLevel.
-Use GoHighLevel custom values so sites can be cloned and updated easily (business name, phone,
-Apply basic on-page SEO structure when given instructions (H1/H2, meta titles and descriptions, internal links).
Fix layout issues using basic HTML and CSS (spacing, alignment, fonts, buttons, sections).
Communicate clearly on status, deadlines, and blockers.
YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-Writing long-form copy from scratch.
-Designing complex custom graphics or logos.
-Deep backend coding, custom plugins, or advanced JavaScript or PHP.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Strong experience building full websites and funnels in GoHighLevel.
-Comfort using GoHighLevel sections, rows, columns, headers, footers, and global sections.
-Ability to take a template or reference layout and rebuild it accurately with clean structure and spacing.
-Good eye for layout and hierarchy so pages look professional and easy to use.
-Strong attention to image quality and fit, including choosing and cropping high-quality images, avoiding pixelation or distortion, and making sure images display correctly on desktop and mobile.
-Solid understanding of responsive design and how to adjust layouts for mobile.
-Practical WordPress experience with at least one page builder such as Elementor, Divi, Bricks, or a similar tool.
-Ability to edit existing WordPress pages and build simple new ones from templates.
-Basic HTML and CSS skills to fix spacing, fonts, and minor layout issues.
-Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel forms, calendars, and pipelines.
-Experience using GoHighLevel custom values across pages, forms, and basic
-Good written English and ability to follow Loom videos and SOPs.
-Reliability with deadlines and strong attention to detail.
BIG PLUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT A STRONG ADVANTAGE):
-Strong GoHighLevel automation skills, including workflows for lead follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, review requests, and missed call text-back.
-Experience building sites for local businesses, contractors, or home services.
-Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization for local service websites, including clear hero sections, strong calls to action, proof elements, and simple contact paths.
-Familiarity with local SEO basics such as service plus city structure and internal linking between service and city pages.
HOW WE WILL WORK:
We will start with paid test projects, such as building a 15-20 page GoHighLevel site from a template and reference design.
If your work is on time, clean, and easy to collaborate on, we will give you more builds and move toward ongoing, long-term work. We work mostly asynchronously using Loom videos, written SOPs, and clear task descriptions.
HOW TO APPLY:
-Include a short introduction with your experience in GoHighLevel and WordPress.
-Provide three to five links to websites or funnels you have built in GoHighLevel or WordPress.
-Share your self-assessed skill level for HTML and CSS (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and for GoHighLevel automations (never used, basic, or strong).
-State your typical availability, including hours per week you can commit and your time zone.
-Text rabbit to confirm you read everything.
Optional but helpful: include a Loom video of three to five minutes where you walk through one site you built and explain what you were given, what you implemented, and how you handled responsiveness, images, and structure.
