Website Developer Needed – Landing Page Cloning, AI-Assisted Builds, cPanel Deployment

We’re looking for a reliable website developer who can clone landing pages, rebuild them cleanly, and deliver them ready for direct upload to cPanel.

This is ongoing work, not a one-off task.

What you’ll be doing:
• Clone existing landing pages (HTML/CSS/JS) 1:1 visually
• Rebuild pages cleanly (no Elementor / page builders)
• Localize all assets (images, CSS, JS – no hotlinks)
• Prepare files ready for cPanel upload
• Build generic blog pages (SEO-friendly, fast, clean)
• Improve page speed and structure where needed
• Occasionally assist with small fixes, updates, or optimizations

Important:
We don’t want messy code dumps or WordPress builders.
We want clean, lightweight, fast pages.

AI is a PLUS:
We prefer developers who actively use AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Antigravity, Cursor, etc.) to:
• Speed up builds
• Improve accuracy
• Deliver faster without sacrificing quality

You don’t need to disclose your workflow in detail — results matter.

Requirements:
• Strong HTML, CSS, basic JS
• Experience cloning landing pages accurately
• Comfortable with cPanel (file manager, uploads, structure)
• Understands performance, assets, and clean folder setup
• Can follow instructions precisely
• Can handle 10–15 landing pages per month

Nice to have (not mandatory):
• Affiliate / VSL / marketing page experience
• Familiar with video players (HLS, custom players, embeds)
• Basic SEO structure knowledge for blogs

Deliverables:
• Fully working cloned landing page
• All assets stored locally
• Ready-to-upload folder (zip or structured directory)
• No broken links, no missing sections

Budget:
Monthly fixed budget preferred (to be discussed).
Long-term collaboration if performance is good.
