Website Developer (Conversion-Focused)

We are seeking a high-performing Website Developer to design, build, and maintain engaging, on-brand digital experiences that drive meaningful conversion.
Our organization operates in a high-tourism market with multiple rapidly expanding businesses across retail, attractions, lodging, and restaurants. This role is ideal for a developer who understands how user experience, branding, data, and technology intersect to influence customer behavior.
What You’ll Do
Build, optimize, and maintain high-converting, user-friendly websites across multiple brands and industries
Work extensively with WooCommerce and Shopify environments
Translate brand identity into engaging, intuitive digital experiences
Ensure websites are accurate, up-to-date, secure, and performance-driven
Optimize for conversion, speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
Utilize Google Analytics and related tools to evaluate performance and inform improvements
Implement and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows where appropriate
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
Maintain strong site security and best practices
When necessary, integrate APIs on Marketing and Sale Sites
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through testing
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building conversion-focused websites, not just visually appealing ones
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and user behavior
Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Google Analytics
Experience working with AI tools, automation, or intelligent integrations
Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple businesses and industries
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and excellence
Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
Reliability in following instructions, meeting specifications, and delivering exactly what is requested
