We are a growing U.S.-based marketing agency looking to hire ONE full-time website developer to join our internal team.
This is NOT freelance, NOT part-time, and NOT a side job.

MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH CLOUDWAYS HOSTING

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE)

You must be highly fluent, not “familiar.”

? WordPress (custom themes, page builders, performance optimization)

? Shopify (theme customization, product pages, collections, checkout)

? Website speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)

? Mobile-first, responsive design

? Clean, structured layouts for marketing & conversion

? Basic SEO best practices

? Experience building sites for businesses / agencies

? Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Webflow

WooCommerce

HTML / CSS / basic JS

Experience with home-service or local business websites

Updating and maintaining existing client sites

Working closely with our internal marketing team
