Full-Time Virtual Assistant / IT & Marketing Manager
Remote | Full-Time | 40+ hrs/week

I need someone who can make a website from scratch and maintain it as well as create content for my social media.

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative Virtual Assistant to serve as our IT and Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week role with responsibilities spanning website management, social media, CRM administration, and internal communication systems.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves technology, enjoys problem-solving, and can take ownership of keeping a business running smoothly online and internally.

What You’ll Do:

IT & Systems Management

Learn and manage our CRM (Acculynx) — create and update documents, contracts, and templates

Maintain and manage RingCentral accounts — users, extensions, call flow, voicemail, etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for remote and in-office staff

Oversee account security, permissions, and remove inactive users



Website & Ecommerce Management

Update and monitor our websites:

Keep product pages updated with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images

Manage and create product listings on ---------- , ---------- , eBay, and other online marketplaces



Social Media & Content Marketing

Manage daily posting for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube

Schedule daily stories and create 3–4 reels per week

Write and publish a weekly blog (topics provided or self-researched)

Use past content from US Cabinets and Design pages for inspiration and repurposing

Maintain a content calendar and track engagement




Admin & Coordination

Work with tea ---------- mbers to gather product details, photos, and updates

Keep systems, documents, and processes organized

Serve as the point person for IT-related needs, website fixes, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Tech-savvy and fast learner – able to pick up new software and systems quickly
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of social media strategy and content creation
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay)
Excellent written communication skills for blogs, posts, and internal documentation
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

Previous experience with CRM systems (Acculynx highly preferred)

Familiarity with VoIP systems (RingCentral or similar)

Basic video editing (for reels, shorts, TikToks)

SEO, analytics, or paid ad management

Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)

Hours & Compensation:

Full-Time: 40+ hours per week (availability during core business hours required)
