Website Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Customize themes, plugins, and features based on client specifications

Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, speed optimization, and mobile compatibility

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or errors promptly

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to align visuals and content

Implement SEO best practices and integrate third-party tools when necessary

Maintain backups and manage updates for client websites

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a website developer (please include portfolio or sample sites)

Proficient in WordPress and at least one of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Webflow, Shopify

Knowledge of responsive design, website performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and basic UI/UX principles

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with integrations (CRM, payment gateways, email marketing tools, etc.)

Graphic design or UI/UX design experience

Understanding of web security best practices

Background in client-facing or agency work
