Website Coding

I need an individual who is skilled in web development. I need a website build that includes 3-4 pages total. Each page will include an embedded Microsoft Power BI page. I already have the Power BI pages ready for embed. This website will also require a login page, but not a register. The user data for the login page will need to be stored in a SQL server database for which I already have set up. For each page that contains a power bi embed will be dependent on the user that logs in. Each user has a special report ID that is linked to their own power bi report. The coding of this project needs to be very clean and easy to understand from any outsider perspective. This is a starting project but if done well, will anticipate much more work.
