We're a professional web development team specializing in a unique tech stack that combines Webflow design with WordPress deployment. We build custom websites for clients using a streamlined workflow:
Webflow (design & development) ? Udesly Converter ? WordPress (hosting & client management)
We also handle pure WordPress projects, WooCommerce stores, and advanced integrations. Our workflow is efficient, our standards are high, and we're growing fast.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need a self-sufficient, proactive developer who can work alongside us on client projects without constant hand-holding. You should be comfortable learning new tools, solving problems independently, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
This isn't a basic "follow instructions" role. We're looking for someone who can:
Anticipate issues before they happen
Suggest better solutions without being asked
Take projects across the finish line with minimal supervision
Grow with us as we scale
If you need micromanagement or detailed instructions for every task, this isn't the right fit.
REQUIRED SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
? Webflow Expertise (CRITICAL)
Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites in Webflow Designer from scratch
Understand Webflow CMS Collections, interactions, and animations
Know how to structure Webflow projects for clean exports
Experience optimizing Webflow sites for performance and SEO
? WordPress Development
Comfortable working in WordPress admin (theme uploads, plugin configuration)
Experience with Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, and common WordPress plugins
Ability to make front-end edits directly in WordPress when needed
Understanding of WordPress hosting environments (VPS experience is a plus)
? Problem-Solving & Independence
Can troubleshoot technical issues without needing someone to walk you through every step
Research solutions on your own (documentation, forums, tutorials)
Make smart decisions about when to ask questions vs. when to figure it out yourself
? English Communication (Advanced Level)
Speak and write English fluently and professionally
Comfortable communicating with clients via
Can clearly explain technical issues to non-technical people

Understanding of Udesly attributes and conversion requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Typical Projects:
Build client websites in Webflow based on design briefs or references
Export Webflow projects and convert them to WordPress themes via Udesly
Upload and configure WordPress themes on our Hostinger VPS
Set up forms, WooCommerce stores, and plugins as needed
Troubleshoot conversion issues (missing images, broken animations, etc.)
Make minor edits directly in WordPress (text, images, links)
Communicate project status and blockers clearly
As You Grow:
Take full ownership of client projects from start to finish
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Train junior tea
Potentially lead pure WordPress projects independently
COMPENSATION & GROWTH PATH
Starting Rate: $6/hour (Part-Time, 20-30 hours/week)
Performance-Based Increases:
After 1 month: Review and potential raise if you're exceeding expectations
After 3 months: Move to full-time (40+ hours) with significant pay increase
Long-term: As our agency grows, your pay grows with us (we're talking $10-15+/hour within a year if you're crushing it)
We reward results, not just hours logged.
If you're fast, efficient, and high-quality, you'll make more money faster. If you need constant supervision or produce mediocre work, this won't work out.
