The Role
We’re looking for a Webflow weapon to join us on a freelance basis, with strong potential for full time employment.

You will be building amazing websites that are industry shattering and include but not limited to, GSAP text animations, Native Webflow animations, scroll animations, Lottie animations, Spline animations, and including that a website is functional has a sense of flow and aesthetic.

We recommend using webflows clonables however we will not tolerate plug and play templates, each website is to be custom designed with cloneables but also with the designers taste and hard work .

You have a busy schedule and our managing life and kids

You work with multiple website platforms as we only use webflow

You can't speak fluent English

You are currently managing other clients that you aren't prepared to drop/ reorganize

What You’ll Do
Integrate animations, transitions, and 3D/Lottie interactions

Optimize site speed, performance, and SEO basics

Collaborate with our designers, copywriters, and strategists to build standout client experiences

Build reusable components and follow best practices to ensure scalability and structure

Occasionally assist with simple CMS setup and client-facing forms

What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience in Webflow development (bonus if you’ve freelanced or worked with agencies)

Exceptional eye for design and detail — you care about polish, spacing, and getting it right

Proficient with animations (Webflow interactions, Lottie, optional 3D libraries)

Comfortable working with Zapier, Calendly, and basic integrations

Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and clean HTML/CSS principles

Ability to communicate well, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work

A strong portfolio of Webflow websites that are actually impressive

Bonus Skills
Experience with After Effects, Three.js, or similar

Webflow CMS structuring at scale

Basic JavaScript knowledge for advanced interactions
