Kumusta!

Do you have extensive experience in Website Design & Webflow CMS? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our growing team!

RaisingSails Marketing was named The Davey Award's "2024 Best Homepage Design & Function". We are a full-service marketing company offering services such as branding, design, website development & social media management.

We currently have three crew members working out of the Philippines, one of which is a developer who's strengths are more so on the backend, so we are looking for someone who is creative & has extensive experience with user interface/design.

POSITION
- We’re looking for a talented and design-focused Front-End Website Designer/Developer to join our team!
- We design & manage Wordpress & Shopify sites but our primary CMS is Webflow and that is the primary experience/skillset we are looking for.
- This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CST with some flexibility possible after some time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re seeking someone with a strong design eye and an ability to think strategically about website structure, layout, and user experience. Your role will focus on creating beautiful, functional, and content-rich websites that align with project goals and client needs.

- Design engaging and modern web interfaces that look great and work beautifully across devices
- Translate brand direction and content into effective page structures and layouts
- Create full websites in Webflow from the ground up (and occasionally WordPress)
- Make updates and design refinements to existing Webflow and WordPress sites
- Participate in virtual client meetings, taking notes and helping translate feedback into design improvements
- Document your progress in our project management platform
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and video calls
- Troubleshoot basic front-end issues and errors
- Apply foundational HTML and CSS skills when needed

1. Any portfolio or design examples submitted must be 100% your work, or if not explain what is your work.
2. Don't exaggerate your skills, as you'll just be wasting our time, and yours. The full-time position will be offered only after a successful contract-based project that proves your skills & experience.
3. Contract & full-time pay dependent on the project & individual.
4. Have any questions, just ask!
