You’ll lead the redesign of
???? Key Responsibilities
Design & Build a modern Webflow site (8-10 core pages + blog + landing page template) optimised for speed, accessibility and mobile UX.
Connect & Automate: map every form, popup and chatbot to HubSpot lists, pipelines and
Iterate quickly from feedback using Figma, Loom and Slack.
Maintain: implement CMS collections, SEO meta tags, schema, and routine site QA.
Report daily on tasks completed, roadblocks and plans—our proven way to keep projects moving with remote Filipino specialists.
???? Must-Have Qualifications
3 + yrs hands-on Webflow production with a portfolio of live sites (send URLs).
HubSpot CRM configuration experience—lists, workflows,
Generative ai proficiency
Canva
Solid HTML/CSS & responsive design chops; eye for typography and component reuse.
Excellent written English and reliable 50 Mbps + home connection.
Resident of the Philippines and able to work a minimum four-hour overlap with AEST.
? Nice-to-Have
Basic JavaScript for Webflow interactions;
SEO and technical optimisation;
Prior work with solar, clean-tech or construction brands—bonus points.

Audition Task (paid, < 3 hrs): shortlisted candidates will rebuild a single Good Earth landing page in a blank Webflow project and connect one form to a dummy HubSpot portal. This shows craft, speed and HubSpot fluency.
Candidates who ace the audition move straight to a final culture interview and offer.
