JOB OVERVIEW

We run The Accessible and Inclusive Design Conference ( ---------- ), an online event dedicated to accessibility and inclusion in digital design. Our next conference takes place July 20–24. We need a detail-oriented Webflow Developer to help us prepare the site structure for the upcoming event and clean up our historical archives.

Project Scope:

1. Historical Video Archive Rebuild (2022–2025): Restructure and rebuild the CMS collections and dynamic pages that host our past event recordings spanning four years. The videos are hosted publicly on YouTube and do not require a paywall or advanced filters—just a clean, organized layout to browse past sessions.

2. Upcoming Conference Setup (July 20–24): Update the site structure for the upcoming event. Because our Call for Proposals is launching now, you will initially build out the layout structures, schedules, and speaker profiles using placeholders.

3. Accessibility as a Priority (Willingness to Learn): Because this is an accessibility conference, the site needs to follow good web standards (proper heading hierarchies, semantic HTML elements, and basic screen-reader compatibility). You do not need to be an accessibility expert to apply! We already use an accessible template and color scheme. We are looking for someone who builds cleanly and is excited to learn and implement accessibility best practices as they go.

*important note: There is already a pre-existing structure to the site that is fully functional. Most of the work will be focused on recreating pages for this year's conference and also restructuring the pages containing links to past event recordings.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and maintaining clean, scalable Webflow sites with CMS dependencies.
• Familiarity with organized Webflow naming structures (e.g., Finsweet’s Client-First framework).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn more about inclusive web design.
• Ability to hit deadlines independently as we approach the July event.
