Webflow Developer

Leapify is an AI creative ad studio that helps businesses create better ads faster. Today, our core product helps users turn their products, services, and offers into ready-to-use ad creatives without needing to write prompts, hire a creative team, or start from scratch every time. We are also building toward a larger vision: a business super app with multiple AI-powered modules for business owners, including AI caller, automation, CRM, follow-up, scheduling, and other tools that help companies run and grow more efficiently.

We are looking for a strong Webflow developer to help us build and develop the Leapify website. This will be a one-time website project, but we are moving fast and will likely have more pages, landing pages, and product module pages coming soon. We need someone who is not just a basic Webflow builder. We need someone who understands clean Webflow development, responsive design, SEO, page speed, CMS structure, and how to build a website that looks polished and converts.

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the Leapify website in Webflow based on our copy, direction, brand references, and design assets.
- Create a clean, modern, responsive website that works across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Help structure the website for SEO, including proper headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, URL structure, internal linking, and clean page structure.
- Build scalable pages that can support future product modules such as AI caller, automation, CRM, scheduling, and other business tools.
- Set up CMS collections if needed for blogs, landing pages, case studies, module pages, or future content.
- Optimize the site for speed, usability, and conversion.
- Make sure the website is easy for our team to update after launch.
- Bring a good eye for layout, spacing, hierarchy, and user experience.
- Help improve the website where needed, instead of only building exactly what is handed over.
- Connect forms, buttons, tracking pixels, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other basic integrations if needed.

Requirements:
- Strong Webflow development experience.
- Good understanding of responsive design.
- Experience building modern SaaS, AI, startup, or software websites.
- Ability to take direction and turn it into a polished website.
- Understanding of SEO best practices inside Webflow.
- Experience with CMS collections, reusable components, symbols, and clean class naming.
- Ability to build fast-loading pages.
- Good eye for design, spacing, layout, and conversion flow.
- Comfortable working with a fast-moving startup.
- Clear communication and ability to provide updates.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Figma to Webflow.
- Experience building websites for AI products, SaaS products, creative tools, CRM tools, or business apps.
- Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages.
- Basic understanding of copy hierarchy and page flow.
- Experience with Webflow animations and interactions.
- Experience setting up scalable website structures for companies with multiple products or modules.

- We are not looking for someone who only installs templates.
- We are not looking for someone who needs every detail handed to them.
- We are not looking for someone who only builds pages without thinking about mobile, SEO, speed, and conversion.
- We need someone who can think through the website, build cleanly, and help us create something that feels premium and scalable.
