Webflow Developer

???? Role Overview:
This is not a daily role — instead, you’ll step in on an ad hoc basis for specific Webflow projects or technical tasks. You should be confident working independently, handling advanced functionality, and delivering clean, responsive builds that align with our design and performance standards.

???? Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Webflow websites and landing pages
- Implement designs based on Figma or provided mockups
- Handle Webflow CMS setup and dynamic content
- Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, or interaction issues
- Collaborate via Slack and deliver tasks within agreed timelines

???? Requirements:
- Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow websites
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, animations, and responsive design
- Ability to handle custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed
- Familiarity with Webflow hosting, site settings, and publishing workflows
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Reliable and communicative — able to jump in when needed

???? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience integrating Webflow with third-party tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices in Webflow
- Experience exporting or migrating Webflow projects
- Understanding of website performance optimization
