What You’ll do:

- Communicate clearly and proactively with U.S.-based tea ---------- mbers and project leads.
- Designing & building your own templated websites as well as building custom websites mocked by our Design team in Figma.
- Using the Webflow content management system, you will create unique, aesthetically exciting websites that reflect the clients’ brand while adhering to our high quality standards.
- Creatively utilize the Webflow CMS to create scalable pages, utilizing 3rd party extensions where applicable
- Ongoing Maintenance: Our clients will submit post-launch update requests that you will vet for clarity and scope, make recommendations on, and ultimately execute.

You will ensure that your own work and that of your peers is branded appropriately for each client, accurate, and high-quality. From reviewing appropriate padding, alignment and animation execution to testing mobile device responsiveness, you will always strive for an aesthetic that is fresh and effective.

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (clear, concise, and proactive).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
- Organization and time management for handling multiple client tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of Webflow best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, actionable solutions.
- Comfortability pushing back on requests for clarity and seeking help from others

Technical Proficiency/Requirements:

- Webflow (Lumos Strongly Preferred, Client First at minimum)
- WordPress, including migrating WordPress sites to the WPEngine environment
- Advanced HTML/CSS/Javascript proficiency.
- GSAP Animation

- Full Time
- 3-4 hours daily overlap with Pacific Time with full-time role
