Webflow Developer

We are looking for a Webflow Developer who specialises in building clean, fast, and scalable Webflow websites using the Finsweet Client-First framework. You should be comfortable turning Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds that are well-structured, easy for clients to edit, and fully responsive.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Converting approved designs (Figma/XD) into Webflow builds
Implementing Client-First class naming and clean structure
Building CMS collections, dynamic templates, and scalable page systems
Adding smooth, on-brand animations and interactions
Optimising for page speed, accessibility, and responsive performance
Setting up light integrations (Memberstack, Zapier, forms, etc.)
Ensuring basic on-page SEO structure (titles, schema, meta, alt, etc.)

You Should Have Experience With:

Webflow development & CMS architecture
Finsweet Client-First framework
Relume components and library workflows
Responsive and mobile-first design
Performance optimisation (aiming for 90+ PageSpeed)
Accessibility best practices
On-page SEO fundamentals
