Remote (EST hours) | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | 9am–9pm EST, Mon–Fri -
pick your 8 hr full shift or do 2x 4 hrs shift per day within the 12 hrs time frame

About Us
We’re hiring a Webflow Developer to take paid templates and rebuild them into fully original projects, while creating a reusable component library for future client sites.

Important: This is not scratch design. You’ll restructure, rename, and restyle entire templates so they become legally and technically our own. Each rebuilt template is a complete, high-quality project — not just a section.

Responsibilities
-Rebuild full templates in a blank Webflow project (no original classes).
-Create modular, reusable components (hero, pricing, CTAs, testimonials).
-Ensure fully responsive, SEO-friendly, fast-loading builds.
-Provide style guides + Loom walkthroughs for each project.
-Collaborate live via Slack/Zoom/SoWork during EST hours.
-Host and deploy completed projects on Webflow + Vercel.

Requirements
-1+ yrs Webflow experience (client projects preferred)
-Proven experience rebuilding templates into original projects
-Clean class naming (BEM / utility-first)
-Strong attention to responsiveness and structure
-Webcam, reliable internet

Success Metrics
-100% responsive and clean across all devices
-Well-organized component library with documentation

Pay & Growth
-Base pay: $650 CAD/month
-Bonus: $50 CAD per fully rebuilt template completed on top of base that goes live!
-Minimum: Re-arrange 10 templates per month required.

Example:
10 rebuilt templates = $650 base + $500 bonus $1,150 CAD/month
20 rebuilt templates = $650 base + $1,000 bonus $1,650 CAD/month
30 rebuilt templates = $650 base + $1,500 bonus $2,150 CAD/month
