We are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our growing team and lead the design, development, and optimization of client websites that are both high-performing and AI-search optimized.

Role Overview

The Webflow Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining modern, scalable, SEO-friendly websites for Rank.ai and its clients. This role combines design execution, technical development, and performance optimization with a strong focus on delivering seamless user experiences across devices. You will work closely with the SEO, content, and automation teams to ensure that websites are optimized for Google and AI search visibility, as well as aligned with brand voice and client goals.

Compensation: $3,000 – $4,000 USD per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Build, customize, and maintain responsive websites in Webflow

Implement modern layouts, animations, and CMS structures that align with client branding

Ensure accessibility, scalability, and mobile-first design principles

Collaborate with SEO team to implement on-page SEO best practices (structured data, metadata, internal linking)

Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance

Ensure all builds are AI-friendly, structured for discovery in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and emerging AI platforms

Set up and maintain third-party integrations (forms, CRM, analytics, booking systems)

Work with Rank.ai’s tech team to integrate APIs, automation, and custom code when required

Translate client requirements into high-quality Webflow builds

Provide ongoing website updates, bug fixes, and improvements

Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver full-service digital solutions

Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional Webflow development experience (agency experience preferred)

Proven portfolio of live Webflow websites demonstrating modern design and performance

Strong knowledge of Webflow Designer, CMS, and Ecommerce

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom code embedding

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience optimizing site speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO performance

Familiarity with AI-first SEO strategies (plus, not required)

Experience with Zapier, Make, Airtable, or API integrations is a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
