Webflow Developer

We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building, designing, and maintaining responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow. This role requires a blend of technical development skills, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for modern design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts and wireframes into functional websites.
Customize Webflow templates and implement advanced interactions and animations.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices.
Maintain and update existing Webflow projects, ensuring scalability and quality.
Document workflows, processes, and best practices for efficient collaboration.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of live websites.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience creating custom animations, interactions, and CMS collections in Webflow.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience integrating third-party applications, tools, or APIs into Webflow projects.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have
Familiarity with Figma or other design tools for design-to-Webflow handoff.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and analytics.
