JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites using Webflow. You will collaborate closely with marketers and developers to deliver responsive, high-performance websites that meet both client requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development: Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow's no-code platform.
Responsive Development: Ensure websites are optimized for mobile devices and perform well across various browsers.
Animations & Interactions: Develop custom animations and interactions within Webflow to enhance user experience and engagement.
SEO Optimization: Apply on-page SEO best practices, including structured data, meta tags, and performance enhancements.
Content Management: Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections, enabling clients to easily update content without needing developer assistance.
Troubleshooting & Bug Fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues to continuously improve functionality and user experience.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure project goals are met.
Code Customization: Add custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when necessary to deliver advanced features and functionalities.
Integration: Connect third-party services (e.g., analytics, forms, CRM tools) to Webflow projects as needed.
Required Experience:

1+ years of experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Webflow's platform with a strong understanding of its CMS, layout, and interactions.
Experience with custom code: Must have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom features within Webflow.
Client-First Naming Convention: Experience implementing the Client-First naming structure in Webflow projects to ensure clean, scalable, and easy-to-maintain code.
SEO knowledge: Experience applying on-page SEO best practices, including metadata management, structured data, and performance optimization.
Third-party integrations: Experience integrating Webflow with external services (e.g., analytics, forms, CRMs).
Client management: Strong communication skills with experience working directly with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
Responsive development: A solid track record of building mobile-friendly, responsive websites across a variety of browsers and devices.
