Webflow Designer for Subscription-Based Accounting Firm (Part-Time / Project-Based)

Position Overview:

SmartHound Accounting is a U.S.-based monthly subscription accounting firm that specializes in S-Corp tax strategy, bookkeeping, and payroll for small business owners. We are looking for a talented Webflow designer to help us build a clean, professional, and high-converting marketing website.

This is a project-based role with potential for future part-time work (SEO updates, landing pages, A/B testing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build a responsive Webflow website (5–7 pages) that clearly communicates our monthly accounting service
• Create and implement CMS collections for blog posts and testimonials
• Integrate tools such as Calendly, Stripe, TaxDome, or CRM forms
• Optimize the site for fast loading and on-page SEO (meta titles, alt tags, semantic headings)
• Follow brand guidelines and provide input on visual hierarchy and layout

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Webflow (please include portfolio links)
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic
• Familiar with SEO basics (structured content, heading tags, image optimization)
• Able to integrate or embed tools (Calendly, Stripe, forms, etc.)
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Can meet deadlines and communicate regularly

• Experience designing websites for professional services or SaaS
• Familiarity with accounting firms, consulting businesses, or B2B service sites
• Experience with tools like Figma, Zapier, or Airtable
