We're looking for a talented Webflow designer who designs and builds complete websites from concept to launch. You'll own the full process - creating designs, building them in Webflow, implementing SEO strategies, and deploying live sites.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong design sensibility - We care deeply about visual quality and UX. Your portfolio should demonstrate excellent taste and attention to detail.
- End-to-end ownership - You've designed and built complete websites in Webflow from scratch, not just modified templates. You can show live sites you've launched.
- Technical depth - You understand web fundamentals beyond just Webflow's interface. You've written custom code snippets, understand SEO implementation, and know how to optimise for performance.

- Problem-solving ability - When things don't work, you debug systematically. You find creative solutions and workarounds. You don't give up easily.
- Critical thinking - You make smart decisions independently. You can weigh tradeoffs and explain your reasoning clearly.
- Fast learner - You've taught yourself complex tools without formal training. You're comfortable figuring things out.
