Web/UX Designer

Looking for a self-directed individual to style and design an existing website. This person must be well experienced in CSS, HTML, and preferably Javascript. Past work with Plotly could be helpful but is not required. Pages to be designed include a simple landing page, upcoming events page, and analysis of historic data page among others. Only responses that reference mangos will be considered. We have a general idea of the desired design, but this individual must be able to take those ideas as well as a few examples from other platforms and turn it into a functioning, beautiful design that works on both computers and mobile devices.
