Web developer fluent in wordpress, Css, PHP

I am interested in hiring a person who is motivated to produce great work on a regular basis and grow with my company. I appreciate someone with good ideas and a desire to make things better.

The person I hire must be fluent in wordpress as well as CSS and PHP. The work will be mostly front end but will reguire a strong ability for back end forms/accounts for special jobs.
