Web developer and designer

We have a need for a web developer and web designer. This could be for two different people or one person that has the skills of both. Web developer needs to know HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, some React experience and will be collaborating with a US based software engineer.

This position is results based with an estimated 10-15 hours per week working on 3 different website projects.
