About Us

We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on building high-converting websites for local businesses in home services and healthcare.

Our work is not just design. It is revenue-focused. Every website must be fast, structured, and built to generate leads.

The Role

We are looking for a Web & UX Designer who can own the entire website process from concept to launch.

This is not a “just design” role. You will be responsible for execution, coordination, and final output quality.

You must be comfortable:

Designing in Figma
Building in WordPress
Managing developers when needed
Ensuring the final product performs (UX, speed, SEO, conversion)
What You’ll Do
Design & Build
Create wireframes, mockups, and full prototypes in Figma
Build responsive WordPress websites based on your designs
Ensure mobile-first and conversion-focused layouts
Project Ownership
Manage full website lifecycle from start to launch
Coordinate with strategists, copywriters, and developers
Keep projects on timeline and within scope
Quality & Performance
Optimize websites for:
UX and clarity
Page speed
SEO structure
Conversion (calls, forms, CTAs)
Client Communication
Present designs and rationale clearly
Collect feedback and manage revisions
Push back when needed to protect quality
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio of modern, conversion-focused websites (Figma required)
3+ years building WordPress websites (not just themes, real builds)
Clear understanding of:
Layout hierarchy
User behavior
Conversion principles
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Bonus Points
SEO knowledge (site structure, internal linking, schema basics)
CRO experience (landing pages, A/B thinking)
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
Experience working with page builders (Bricks, Elementor, etc.)
SOP & Execution Responsibility (Critical)

You will be responsible for creating and following a structured workflow.

Website Project SOP (Start to Finish)
1. Discovery & Planning
Review intake form and client goals
Define:
Target audience
Core services
Conversion goals
Create sitemap and page structure
2. Wireframing (Figma)
Create low-fidelity wireframes
Focus on structure, not visuals
Validate:
CTA placement
Content flow
User journey
3. High-Fidelity Design
Apply branding, colors, typography
Design full pages (desktop + mobile)
Ensure consistency across all pages
4. Development (WordPress)
Build pages based on approved designs
Use clean structure:
Reusable sections
Proper spacing system
Implement:
Forms
Tracking (basic readiness for GTM)
Speed optimization basics
5. Developer Management (if involved)
Provide clear Figma specs and instructions
Review builds against design (pixel-level check)
Validate:
Responsiveness
Speed
Functionality
Send structured feedback (not vague comments)
6. QA Checklist Before Launch
Mobile responsiveness (all breakpoints)
Page speed (Core Web Vitals baseline)
SEO basics:
Meta titles/descriptions
H1–H3 structure
Internal linking
Forms working and tested
Call tracking / analytics readiness
No broken links
7. Launch
Final review with team
Push live
Monitor first 48 hours for issues
8. Post-Launch Optimization
Identify UX issues (drop-offs, friction points)
Suggest improvements:
CTA placement
Content clarity
Layout adjustments
Iterate based on performance
