About the Role

We are hiring a Web, Systems & Business Operations Manager to build, connect, and optimize the core infrastructure of a growing business.

This role owns:

The website

The CRM

Internal systems

SOPs

Tool integration

Operational strategy

This is not a web designer role.
This is not a basic VA role.

This is a high-level operations and systems role with long-term responsibility.

What You Will Own
Website & Digital Infrastructure

Build, optimize, and maintain the website as a conversion-focused business asset

Improve structure, messaging, and user flow

Implement clear CTAs and lead paths

Optimize for mobile, speed, SEO, and FAQs/AEO

Ensure the website supports growth, not just appearance

CRM, Automations & Lead Systems

Build and manage CRM pipelines

Design automations for:

Lead intake

Follow-up

Booking

No-shows

Re-engagement

Ensure clean data, clear ownership, and visibility

Business Systems & SOPs

Design and document the full lead ? client ? retention workflow

Create SOPs so work can be delegated easily

Build systems that reduce owner dependency

Prepare processes for future hires

Systems Integration & Asset Utilization

Connect and organize all purchased tools, software, and platforms

Turn content and digital assets into usable systems

Eliminate redundancy and tool overlap

Create workflows that turn assets into revenue-supporting processes

Strategy, Optimization & Scaling

Identify operational bottlenecks

Recommend system improvements

Prepare the business for increased lead volume

Work closely with the Growth & Marketing Strategist to support demand

Future Hiring & Role Design

Identify future roles needed as the business grows

Define responsibilities, SOPs, and system access for new hires

Help architect a scalable team structure

Required Experience & Skills

Strong experience with WordPress (Elementor preferred)

Experience with CRMs, pipelines, and automations

Proven ability to design SOPs and internal systems

Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability

Clear written English and documentation skills

Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
Work Details

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Remote

Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

Long-term role with increasing responsibility

Compensation

$1,000 – $1,600 USD per month, based on experience

Performance-based increases over time
