Web Growth Developer and Technical Marketer

About the Role: We are a London-based bottled water delivery business. Right now, we are a small, dedicated team with a clear goal: to dominate the London market through better service and a superior digital experience. Our current challenge is a website that doesn't convert well enough, and we need a specialist to fix that.

We are not looking for a "VA" to follow instructions. We are looking for a Growth Partner who can look at competitors’ sites, identify why they are winning, and build something better, faster, and more user-friendly for us. You won't just be writing code; you will be managing the technical infrastructure that drives our sales.

Key Requirements:
- Proven Portfolio: You must show past work involving custom Elementor layouts and WooCommerce checkout flows.
- Subscription Expertise: Deep understanding of recurring payments and complex "Refill" logic.
- The Google Ecosystem (Maintenance): Our GA4, Google Merchant Center, and Google Ads are already set up. We need you to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot any conversion tags that break during updates, and continuously optimize our product feeds.
- Technical SEO & Speed: You must be obsessed with mobile load times, maintaining our Core Web Vitals, and continuously improving our on-page technical SEO structure.

Compensation:
- Base: $350 – $550 USD/month (Part-Time).
- Bonuses: Performance-based rewards for hitting Conversion Rate (CRO), speed, and SEO ranking milestones.
- Culture: 13th-month pay included.
