Web Development Project Manager that can work US timezone

I am looking for a web development PM that can work US (Los Angeles PST) timezone to add to my team. This candidate must have EXCELLENT English speaking skills. You will be client facing.

Responsibilities include:
- Handling client calls
- Annotating meeting notes
- Creating project documentation (functionality list, wire frames, workflow charts, etc.)
- Managing design and programing teams
- Provide input on design, UI and UX recommendations
- Proofread designs and content
- QA and testing of web pages

Please provide me with 3 sample projects you worked on and your responsibilities for these projects.

Also please provide me with 3 sample documents you created for these projects (ex. functionality list, wire frames, workflow charts, etc.).

This is for a long term position.
