Web Developer with Automation and API experience

This tool will allow users to enter their property address and instantly receive a zoning analysis, along with AI-driven insights and next steps.


Key Responsibilities:

Form Development: Create a user-friendly form on WordPress where users can enter their property address to check ADU eligibility. The form should be visually appealing and easy to use.

Address Analysis: Integrate the form with Google Maps API to highlight the user’s property and display a map image upon submission.

AI-Driven Insights: Utilize AI tools to provide instant feedback on the property’s ADU eligibility. This includes confirming if the property is eligible, displaying key property details (square footage, lot size, zoning), and offering follow-up questions like “How big of an ADU can I build?”

Interactive Responses: Implement a friendly, conversational AI pop-up that guides users through their results and encourages them to take the next steps.

Call-to-Action Integration: Add clear call-to-action buttons like “Schedule a Consult” or “Get an Estimate” to guide users toward further engagement.

Seamless User Experience: Ensure the entire process is smooth, from entering the address to viewing the results and taking action, with minimal load time.



Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.

Familiarity with integrating Google Maps API and other geolocation tools.

Experience with AI tools and chatbots for delivering dynamic, personalized responses.

Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.



Bonus Skills:

Experience with low-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.

Knowledge of zoning and real estate data is a plus.

UX/UI design experience to enhance the visual appeal of the tool.
