Web Developer and Designer (WordPress to Webflow Migration)

Why We’re Hiring
Our current WordPress site needs a facelift and a more self?service CMS. We want to migrate to Webflow and achieve the same clean, high?polish look and feel. You’ll own the end?to?end rebuild (strategy, design, and Webflow implementation) so non?technical teammates can publish content without touching code.

What You’ll Do
1. Audit & migrate existing WordPress pages, posts, and media into a scalable Webflow CMS structure.
2. Redesign UI/UX to deliver a minimalist, venture?grade aesthetic—crisp typography, generous whitespace, and subtle motion.
3. Build responsive, performant Webflow components (no?code where possible, lightweight custom code where needed).
4. Integrate third?party tools (analytics, CRM forms, newsletter capture, SEO, performance monitoring).
