* **Fix & Maintain:** Diagnose broken plugins/themes, isolate conflicts on staging, roll back safely, and document fixes.

**What you bring**
* 4+ years professional WP development (PHP, JS/ES6, HTML/CSS, MySQL).
* Deep Elementor experience (Theme Builder, Global Styles, custom CSS).
* Hands-on with performance tools (e.g., WP Rocket/LiteSpeed/Perfmatters), CDNs (Cloudflare), and GA4/Tag Manager.
* Comfortable with WP-CLI, Git, cPanel/SSH, and common hosts (WP Engine/Kinsta/Cloudways/etc.).
* Excellent debugging habits and clear documentation.
**Nice to have**
* WooCommerce performance/hardening, schema/SEO basics, simple CRO testing, REST API work. Shopify experience.

**How to apply**
Respond ** with subject: **“Senior WP/Elementor Web Developer 304 — \[Your Name]”** and include:
1. 2–3 live sites you optimized (before/after PageSpeed or CWV screenshots).
2. A brief note on a malware cleanup you handled (what you found + how you hardened).
3. Your hourly rate and earliest start.
4. Add Web Developer 304 to subject line to get a response
**Quick skill check**
* How would you reduce LCP on an Elementor page heavy with sliders?
* What’s your process to isolate a plugin conflict without breaking production?
* Which hardening steps do you apply post-cleanup to prevent reinfection?
- If you are using ChatGPT to answer, don't apply because we will see it during the video interview process and ask you further questions.
Experienced developers with heavy WordPress experience only. Thank you.
