We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer with expertise in WordPress, WPDataTables, CSS, and design. Our company specializes in delivering customized web solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. We are looking for a talented individual who can not only develop functional websites but also transform them into visually appealing and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our internal team and clients to understand their specific website requirements and design preferences.
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality and responsiveness.
- Utilize WPDataTables to create dynamic and interactive data tables and charts.
- Implement custom CSS to enhance the visual appeal and user experience of websites.
- Translate design concepts into web elements that align with client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal website performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging web development technologies.

Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in English for client-facing meetings and internal work with our project management team
- Proven experience in WordPress web development, including theme customization and plugin integration.
- Proficiency in WPDataTables for creating data-driven web solutions (we can teach you this piece if there is no experience).
- Strong command of CSS for web styling and layout design.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and adapt to their design preferences.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing websites.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, PHP) is a plus.
- Graphic design skills for creating custom graphics and visuals.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of website security best practices.
- Portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects and design work is highly desirable.
