About the Role

We are a growing European digital agency working with established businesses across multiple industries. Our focus is on building high-performing, SEO-friendly websites that are clean, fast, and conversion focused.

Most projects are WordPress-based, with Elementor used where appropriate, alongside custom themes and structured content. We also regularly work on Shopify and Webflow websites, particularly for e-commerce and marketing-led builds.

This is a long-term agency role, not short-term freelance task work.

What You’ll Be Working On

Building new WordPress websites from approved designs
Creating and improving Elementor-based landing pages
Developing and maintaining Shopify e-commerce stores
Building and editing Webflow marketing websites
Fixing layout, responsiveness, and performance issues
Updating and improving existing client websites
Supporting SEO requirements through clean structure and best practices
Working from clear briefs, SOPs, and checklists

Key Responsibilities

Build and edit WordPress websites using Elementor and custom themes
Develop and maintain Shopify and Webflow websites
Ensure websites are fully responsive and cross-browser compatible
Follow design briefs and brand guidelines precisely
Implement SEO-friendly structures such as headings, internal linking, and hierarchy
Optimise websites for speed, usability, and performance
Apply feedback accurately without repeated revisions
Communicate progress clearly and proactively

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience with WordPress
Very good working knowledge of Elementor
Practical experience with Shopify
Practical experience with Webflow
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
Understanding of website performance fundamentals
Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
High attention to detail

You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
You must be able to understand detailed instructions without ambiguity.
You must be able to explain issues or solutions clearly when needed.
You must be able to join calls during GMT working hours.

This role is communication heavy. Weak English will not work here.
